The lady at the front desk was so amazing and friendly, recommended a restaurant for us and went above and beyond for us!
Not a bad place only downfall no elevator for 2nd floor and i only saw 1 washer 1 dryer for whole building and it doesn't dry your clothes. Every state I been too taxes come off, at this location they want too check you in check you out after 30 days. I ask what's the point in that if taxes come off in 30 days.
My dad had hip surgery at Rush Memorial Hospital on June 17th we are down here at the Quality Inn at 320 Concord Harcourt Way Rushville, In. We have stayed here for 2 nights. The room is nice, beds and pillows are comfortable. Jennifer the front desk who checked us in both nights is very helpful and friendly also Carla did great on breakfast and showed us how to use the waffle maker breakfast was very good. The lady sorry don't remember her name who checked us out was quick and friendly as well. My daughter and I would recommend this Quality Inn even though there's no pool. Overall we give 10 out of 10 for the price and value!! Thank you Jennifer and rest of the staff for your hospitality.
The room was nice, but the curtain would not cover the entire window to keep the light out! The track for it was only about 2 feet long. There was a curtain behind the heavy one, but it allowed light into the room at night. This is the first hotel I've stayed at where this has happened. Second, the shower had hairs in it and still had soap scum on the bottom edge. I left my phone charger in the room when I checked out. When I was loading my bags into my car, a man came out to me with them!! That was great! The lady that checked me in was very friendly and helpful.

I have stay here many times one of my go to places. The ladies at front desk are amazing Karla has always wen above and beyond to accommodate us in anyway and breakfast is really good..Jennifer has also been such a great person always smiling makes for a good experience never had any negative encounters with them...but I was disappointed at how dirty the jetted tub was pretty gross and the room smelled bad.
Overall, a standard stay. Clean rooms and bathrooms, nice employees, free breakfast. Fair price, a little bit of a weird location but there was a lot of open space for kids and dogs to run in the courtyard. Well maintained.
What a great find! Room was very clean and quiet. Best hotel shower I've had in years--great water pressure and a rain shower head. Front desk staff very friendly and kind. Not the latest updated furniture, etc but a great value, including breakfast. Located in a cute town that values its historic downtown.
